The University of Surrey Gospel Choir

Gospel ChoirThank you to the Gospel Choir who went "busking" in The Friary Centre in Guildford on 6th December. Their lively performance earned both the donations and praise of shoppers in Guildford. SCA were very grateful to them for sharing their enthusiasm and great talent.  A special thanks to Em for organising; here on lead vocals.

David and Tisha Selway

This summer, after four years of preparation, David and Tisha Selway drove an expedition truck from the UK to South Africa and have raised over £2,000 for us. Their Big Orange Bedford (aka BOB) is now for sale. Visit their Just Giving page and their Big Orange Bedford website for all the details.

AJ and Maricel Foronda

Their Kilimanjaro Trek in June 2011 raised almost £2,000 for Street Child Africa - see their Justgiving page and this great video showing their adventures!

Simon Russell

From Friday 26th August 2011, Simon Russell joined 2,299 hardy trail runners and setting off to run/ walk/ stagger around Mt Blanc - 166km, 9,400m of ups and downs - with only 46 hours in which to complete the circumnavigation.  Two nights were spent out on the mountain.......read more about Simon's challenge on his Just Giving Page.

Andy Brook

Andy Brook cycled from John O’Groats to Lands End on 11th June 2011 and has raised over £3,500 for street children. See Andy's Virgin Money Fundraising Page for details of his epic journey across the UK.

Patrick Devaney

Patrick Devaney ran his first ever marathon on the 19th June 2011. Le Marathon de la Liberté takes place in Normandy and has established itself as one of the top 10 French marathons since it was created in 1988. It is sometimes called the D-Day Landings Marathon and has one of the most beautiful courses in France. Support Patrick through his Just Giving Page.
