Welcome. On this page you can access videos on our Partner's work in Africa.
UgandaThe film you’re about to watch is a collection of short clips (taken from longer video testimonies) that Ashley, our programmes officer, shot during a monitoring and evaluation trip to Uganda in September 2011. She asked the children to describe their troubled pasts, their dreams for the future, and the ways Street Child Africa’s project has helped them to overcome their difficulties and plan their next steps. Both families have been supported by Street Child Africa’s child headed household project to stay together and to access counselling, nutritional support, medical care, and education. |

Street Child Africa is a proud supporter of Peace One Day and continues to support partners like PEDER working with children in Bukavu, DR Congo. Filmed in 2011 by our Overseas Programmes Director Savina Geerinckx. |
